This says they made this guy close his online shops. But the switchpirates sub is still allowed. Is selling switch games the same as piracy ? Like I pirate stuff so I don't have to pay, that's the point.
Reddit has almost certainly distanced themselves from liability in the ToS..
Also, Nintendo might want to keep reddit happy; in case they someday decide they want to make their Ai a bit more geh.
